The terms for using devolite.org and buying our services and templates.
Devolite is a brand of GLOWIVITAUSA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. “We”, “us” and “Devolite” mean GLOWIVITAUSA LLC.
For website projects we first show you a free preview. Work starts only after you approve the preview and pay the one-time fee. Two rounds of changes are included before launch. The care plan is billed monthly, renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time; your site stays online until the end of the paid month. Your domain is registered for your business and we transfer it to you free of charge if you leave.
Templates are digital downloads delivered right after payment. Each purchase gives you the license described in our template license. Templates require WordPress, the free Elementor plugin and the Hello Elementor theme; photos shown in previews are not included.
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Template purchases are not available to buyers in the European Union or the United Kingdom on this site.
You are responsible for the text, images and information you give us, and confirm you have the right to use them.
We do our best to keep sites and downloads working, but we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
